
Ingredients
1 pound of Organic Tofu
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of vegan butter
1/4 Onion chopped fine
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Bill's Best Chiknish Vegetarian Seasoning
1/4 1/4 tsp Onion Salt or Sea Salt (optional)
Instructions
Drain Tofu and press out extra water.
Heat Oil and Smart Balance in frying pan.
When Oil is hot add chopped Onion and crumble in Tofu.
Add all the other ingredients and scramble Tofu in pan for 2 minutes or until liguid absorbs.
