Low-Cal French Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hot cooked rice or millet, cooked pasta or tofu

  • 1 (14.5oz.) can or 1 ¾ cups tomatoes  

  • ¼ tsp cumin

  • ¼ tsp basil

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, optional

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp sweetener

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder


Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Will keep for 1 ½ to 2 weeks.
