Ingredients
½ cup hot cooked rice or millet, cooked pasta or tofu
1 (14.5oz.) can or 1 ¾ cups tomatoes
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp basil
2 Tbsp olive oil, optional
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sweetener
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Will keep for 1 ½ to 2 weeks.
